Just like our customers, we believe our staff should get the most out of life which is why we give them the best possible training and support, pay them at least the 'real' living wage, offer them the security of contracted hours, a company well-being scheme, and pension. We also pay travel time and mileage and support our staff to train for care qualifications.
All our staff are vetted by the Disclosure Barring Service to determine their suitability to work with vulnerable people and receive on the job training and supervision to help them give the best care and support possible.
Most importantly our staff are friendly, professional and caring.
