Social opportunity
An active and social life can help people feel healthier and happier, that’s why we offer a range of social opportunities, including our fun and affordable membership scheme for people over 50, Be Social, support to get out and about with one of our carers, and activities in our sheltered and extra care schemes.
Be active, have fun and make new friends with Be Social
A fun and welcoming membership club with activities and events including days out, exercise and craft classes, afternoon teas, trips to the theatre and much more. You can find out more about Be Social by clicking here.
From help with shopping, hospital or salon appointments to day-trips, coffee afternoons and meeting up with friends, our carers can support you to get on with life.
Activities in our sheltered and extra care schemes
Our sheltered and extra care schemes offer a variety of activities for all ages and abilities to get moving, learn new skills and connect with people, such as arts and crafts, music groups, exercise classes, reminiscence sessions and quizzes.
