Homecare in Trafford and Greater Manchester you can trust

What is Homecare?

Homecare (also commonly known as home care, domiciliary care, social care or in-home care) is supportive care or health care provided by a professional caregiver in the client's own home.

We provide our leading home care service exclusively within Trafford and South Manchester. This includes the entirity of Altrincham, Sale, Stretford, Timperley and Urmston along with parts of Stockport where possible.

Here at Trustcare, we take huge pride in our ability to select and train carers that are precisely that; caring.

Above all else, our whole team cares deeply about the loved ones we're entrusted to support in the areas of their life that may have become a little more challenging.

Whether that’s joining them on a social visit to their favourite place, a trip to help with groceries or popping in for a wellbeing visit for a cuppa, we’re here to support.

What can I expect from Homecare?

Our CQC (Care Quality Commission) registered home care services give you the reassurance that the CQC rigorously examines us to make sure we meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

We can assist with a range of issues and provide the support that is needed to help people stay safe and feel confident in the comfort of their own homes, for as long as possible.

We can help you or your loved one if you need assistance with daily tasks such as showering and getting dressed or support using the toilet, including incontinence support.

Our carers can support people with meal preparation, ensuring they remain hydrated and receive all the support they need to eat a healthy balanced diet.

All our home care team are trained to support people by helping and reminding them to take their medication in a safe way.

Our home care team can help support you or your loved one with things like meeting up with friends, shopping, or just calling in for a cup of tea.

How does Homecare work?

The choices around your loved ones' care at home is essential to us. They are at the centre of every decision that is made when it comes to their support package.

We will talk you through the various funding options and support you to find out if your loved one is eligible for financial assistance. We will then guide you through this process so that you are clear about what is needed.

From supporting your loved ones with the weekly shop. Taking them to visit friends or their favourite places. To liaise with external partners around equipment that may be needed.

We are here to help you and your loved ones get exactly what you need when it’s needed.

What does Homecare cost?

Your personal package is specially adapted to suit your needs. So the price will be different for everyone and depends on the number of visits you need per week and includes any of the other services or adaptations.

You or your loved one can benefit from our Homecare service from as little as

£22 per week
